UR RACE TEAM – FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS



We are introducing something new at UR in collaboration with @builtforathletes.

This event merges the dance floor with fitness, creating a unique atmosphere filled with high energy and continuous music.



Join us for a high-performance Friday Night Lights session designed for those eager to push their limits, move faster, and train at a higher intensity.



This development class combines HYROX and ATHX-style training, focusing on race-specific exercises, intensity, and performance.




What to expect:



• Structured workouts centered on racing


• Consistent high intensity


• A DJ-led or Music led environment


• A competitive and energetic atmosphere


• Collaboration with Built For Athletes



This is not your typical class.



It’s a chance to step up, test yourself, and train in a completely different environment.


Session Detail:

Each section = 24 minutes total

2 x12 minute chippers

2 minute rest between pairs

pairs: Male and Female Pairs



Each part is 12 minute chipper.

The goal is simple:

Complete the full workout as fast as you within 12 minutes

most chipper wins = overall winners (male pair and female pair)
