Meet Your Coach: Charlie Harding
This program is led by Charlie Harding, a professional triathlete who has competed for Great Britain and supported visually impaired athletes at the Paralympics competing at Olympic triathlon distance.
Charlie brings elite-level experience, practical coaching knowledge, and a passion for helping athletes of all levels unlock their endurance potential.
