
Hello, I'm Chris
My passion for fitness started from a young age playing any sport I could, mainly Rugby, Hockey and Athletics 800m and 1500m.
Now I focus my attention on strength, running and nutrition.
Over the last 10 years, I have built my knowledge and experience across multiple disciplines which led to the creation of my purpose-built coaching program the HYBRID PROJECT, this is designed to help clients maximise every component of their training lifting heavier, running further and faster and fuelling effectively.
