I am an online and face to face PT, I started my trade as a PT 1 year ago today where I have helped developed and the Hyrox/Hybrid program at Urban Reform. My experience training in a variety of Hybrid style gyms has enabled me to deliver classes to a high standard whilst getting the best out of every client I work with.
